Transcript

David Saint-Jacques: Water in space! Pretty interesting.

Let’s get some… Let’s get some drinking water! Ok! Here is a bag of drinking water and a straw! So I drink it. Let’s play with it!

Let’s see what happens if you try to catch a bubble of water. It just gets wet all over your hand.

Let’s see if we can put a bubble of air inside a bubble of water. Voilà!

One thing that’s pretty odd is how water behaves inside containers. So let’s just fill this bag with water. Water doesn’t escape because it sticks to the bag.

And we shake it! Got some air in there. Sometimes when you’re lucky you get bubbles of water inside the bubbles of air. There you go , there’s one. There’s a bubble of water inside the bubble of air.
