Lift-off of Endeavour on mission STS-100

Space Shuttle Endeavour lifts off Launch Pad 39A for an 11-day mission at 2:40 p.m. EDT. Mission STS-100 is the ninth flight to the International Space Station, and will deliver and integrate the Spacelab Logistics Pallet/Launch Deployment Assembly, which includes Canadarm2 and the UHF Antenna.
