Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jenni Gibbons tests space-ready food from Next Planet's CANGrow, with Chris Okrainetz, Chief Design Officer, and the rest of the Next Planet team. 

CANGrow, originally developed by the company Ecoation is a Modular Indoor Food Production System that can produce over 700 kg of fresh, nutritious food each year – potentially in nearly any environment – including space. (Credit: Canadian Space Agency)
