CSA astronaut Jeremy Hansen signs Orion stage adapter

The Artemis II crewmembers, including CSA astronaut Jeremy Hansen, left their mark on the Orion stage adapter at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.

In addition to signing the hardware, Jeremy included the names of his wife Catherine and their three teenagers next to his so that they get to symbolically tag along for the ride to the Moon.

The Orion stage adapter will connect the spacecraft to the Space Launch System (SLS), a rocket designed to help return humans to the Moon.  (Credit: NASA/Charles Beason)
